If you have been following my blog you will notice this setting is different from my usual outdoor pictures. This is the studio where I film my Youtube videos that hope you have checked out as it is a journey I have really wanted to start for a while. But finally it’s live and running. So make sure you subscribe and you will always be the first to be notify of my fashion ventures.

In this post it is all about layering for different seasons.

A lot of us have a totally different wardrobe for each season, but most of us don’t. I have always loved the idea of making the most out of clothes so let me share a few tricks with you.

In Autumn,

Velvet and surreal stripes, that were seen on the catwalk at Valentino and Haider Ackermanninspired this outfit : a Velvet blazer. In order to layer this outfit for Autumn, add a blazer of your choice, a scarf is optional and for  shoes anything from Chelsea boots to ankle boots or even cool trainers for a smart  retro take.

In Spring, layers come off  and we start wearing a jumper

In Winter,

We add a trench coat, plus over the knee boots, a scarf and we are sorted.

Back to Autumn again,

Here, we add a brown tweed blazer , then play with the autumnal colors.

Spring –

We add a pastel touch as the sun start to shine and our feet can finally breathe, therefore this pair of high heels sandals or some ankle boots will be just fine too.

Prints-on-prints  This past weekend, I had the privilege to style for a modelling agency .When styling a photo shoot,I am constantly adjusting the model’s attire, making sure all the details are in the right place. Therefore comfort in what I wear is always crucial as I am always on my feet.

I wore this knee length pencil skirt that I got recently. It has a zip and slit at the back for a precise fit and I love the blue pattern on the skirt. Which for a safer option ,could have been paired with a black tank top or simply a white T-shirt.But as the risk taker that I am,I went for an all prints contemporary look with this long sleeve prints shirt from Orla Kiely;which always have a fun approach to fashion with their unique retro prints and designs. Therefore giving the whole outfit a modern 70’s flair.

So if you have been playing safe with your style until now why not try some prints on prints action this Autumn?I will suggest you start with the most minimalist you own and then gradually be more experimental until you get comfortable .
