100% Optical

Last Sunday I attended the 100% Optical show which is the largest optical event in the UK, bringing together over 8,000 professionals to learn, network and discover the latest products, technologies, and solutions on an international stage.

The show took place in London, one of the major business hubs and fashion capitals of the world, for three days. Thousands of products from over 200 global eyewear, equipment, and contact lens brands were showcased and hundreds of exclusive product launches.I love these events because there are always so many cool designers to discover.A favourite this year was a Danish brand called ‘ In face‘.Designed for young urban who live in a world, where everything is possible and where love is essential!Easy to wear, and fits any modern personal styling.

100% Optical offers something for everyone within the optical industry. Whether you’re a luxury eyewear buyer from Europe or a  registered trainee from within the UK, there is a variety of exhibitors and unlimited networking opportunities.

Then I had the pleasure to meet my good friend and designer Mr. Robert Morris creator and founder of the brand William Morris London. Who always treats his clients and friends with so much consideration and It’s important to know that the philosophy and brand attributes of William Morris London remain as strong as they were all those years ago. In a corporate saturated world, for me, it’s the ‘family’ values that set them apart. So I tried a pair of glasses from his latest black label collection.Check it out here.

You will think Mr. Robert and I decide to match and compliment each other’s outfit…I guess great minds think alike.

I wore a tri-colored shirt that I paired with an Asos that I previously wore here. It was all about graphic prints and colour blocking.Shop the items below.
